Crepes

 

 

½ cup cold milk

½ cup cold water

4 eggs

½ tsp salt

2 T sugar

2 T melted butter

1 c flour

 

Combine milk, water, eggs, salt and sugar in blender and blend until mixed.  Add flour and butter and mix at top speed one minute. 

Heat crepe pan over medium low heat and lightly grease with butter.

 

For each crepe, pour 1/3 cup batter in center of pan and use paddle to spread evenly.  Turn to other side when lightly browned.

 

Top as desired and serve.
