Yogurt, fruit and granola breakfast pops
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon honey
3 tablespoons berries
Mix together the milk, yogurt, berries and honey.
Puree mixture in a blender and pour into molds.
Add granola on top of the yogurt mixture.
Strawberry lime popsicles
8-10 fresh strawberries
½ lime, zested and juiced
2 tablespoons honey
Blend all three ingredients together. Give your blender any extra help needed as
it starts blending, stopping as needed. The liquid of the strawberries will help it
blend up nice and smooth.
Pour this mixture into your popsicle molds and freeze for 2 to 3 hours.
Raspberry lemonade popsicles
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons simple syrup
¼ cup raspberries
Add simple syrup and berries to juice of 1 lemon. Puree until smooth. Pour in to molds and freeze until solid.
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons greek yogurt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Whisk all ingredients together.
Pour mixture in popsicle molds or small paper cups.
Place in freezer for several hours.
Strawberries and cream popsicle
5 medium strawberries
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons sugar or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour in to popsicle molds and freeze until hard.
Zebra pudding pops
1 tablespoon chocolate pudding mix + 3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon vanilla pudding mix + 3 tablespoon milk
2 Tablespoons cool whip
In a small bowl, mix together the chocolate pudding mix and 3 tablespoons of milk. Add in 1 tablespoon of cool whip and whisk until combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together the vanilla pudding mix and 3 tablespoons of milk. Add the remaining 1 tablespoont of cool whip to the vanilla pudding and whisk until combined.
Alternate layers of chocolate and vanilla in molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until they're solid.
Watermelon lime popsicles
¾ cup cubed watermelon
¼ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 tablespoon simple syrup
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until completely smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze 3-4 hours.
Pina colada popsicles
½ cup coconut milk
2 T flaked coconut
¼ cup pineapple
2 T sugar
Puree all ingredients and pour in molds. Freeze for several hours.
